This Is A Bakery


Guys: I understand that some of you (A VERY SMALL percentage of you) have a serious allergy to gluten. You are gluten intolerant. You may have celiac's disease. That sucks. I'm sure you take the proper precautions to make sure that you don't have a reaction to gluten by NOT GOING IN A BAKERY. 
I don't have a problem with you.
No, it's the middle aged ladies that want to "eat healthy" and have hopped on the gluten free bandwagon. I have a problem with them. I want to tell them that to in order to avoid making those biscuits with gluten, we instead substitute mass amounts of sugar and butter to make them hold together. 
It's super healthy.
