And now for something a little...

Experimenting with typography and handwritten type. It's a smelly process.

I don't want to be a one trick pony cartoonist, and if there's one thing I've learned

after going back to art school; it's that 

learning one skill will most assuredly influence the others.

Oh my god I colored a thing on photoshop again! This is literally the second thing. 

So. Super. Fun.

Who knows if I'm doing it "correctly." There were a couple times where I was like

'There has to be a shortcut I'm not getting here." 

but who cares! That's later! Right now, this is colored!

The Star Catcher

I worked on this for a couple of hours today. Inked it and then tried to color it in Photoshop. Ugh, I am so bad at photoshop. I can't wait until I can see how "real artists" get things done with computers. There is a panel on computer art at Stumptown Comic fest which I will def. be attending. 

 

I like his net the most.
